Refund policy
At Little May Lashes, we take great pride in providing our customers with the highest quality lash products. However, we also understand that there may be instances where a customer may need to return or exchange a product.
We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy for all of our lash products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our customer service team via email or phone. They will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange process. Please make sure to include the RMA number with your returned package to ensure proper processing.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any used or damaged products. Refunds will be issued in the same method as the original payment, and shipping costs will not be refunded.
